UK Work Pay is an independent site for people facing redundancy. Our free statutory redundancy calculator estimates gross statutory pay in England, Scotland and Wales for the 2026/27 rate period. The redundancy guides explain what to check in your employer’s payment breakdown.
How we source our information
We use GOV.UK guidance on statutory redundancy pay for the calculator’s rates and rules and HMRC guidance on termination payments for the tax guide. The calculator counts full years of service backwards from the relevant date and applies the age bands and weekly pay limit for the stated rate period.

Privacy
